Elefence is committed to help resolve the human-wildlife conflict in Africa by protecting the endangered ecosystem that sustains both the local people and wild animals.
We attain this mission by:
- Raising funds to complete Elefence-approved projects with our partners in Zambia
- Supporting a wildlife nursery and orphanage
- Supporting anti-poaching patrols
- Supporting conservation education for Zambian school children
- Educating local U.S. children and adults on the human-wildlife conflict in Zambia
- Portraying the realities of poaching and rampant logging in Africa and its effects on the lives of people worldwide
- Discussions on the cultural differences that impact how the human-wildlife conflicts can be resolved
- Communicating with appropriate channels regarding conservation legislation
